Your company re-plastered, set out new coping and installed a dual-drain system, bringing our pool into compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act this year. You worked with our Association every step of the way. We are required under our Bylaws to obtain competitive bids for a job of this scope. Not only was your bid within the margin of the other proposals, we were happy to award Pools by Dallas this contract based upon the ongoing work you've done under our pool cleaning contract.

The work was done within the estimated period of time to completion and now we have more people enjoying the pool than ever before. The Sugar Lakes HOA board in February 2005 contacted three pool companies in the Houston area for bids to repair the pools. Dallas Bland personally addressed the board with his proposal, where as the other two companies only mailed in bids.
Sugar Lakes, a subdivision of some 600 homes in Sugar Land, Texas. has a large community swimming pool and a smaller wading pool that had not be refurbished for some 10 years.
Sugar Lakes is very pleased with the "like new look" of the two pools and fountain.

I am writing to thank you for the beautiful renovation on our pool. As I told you when I initially talked about the feasibility of "leveling" the pool, I was nervous about the whole process.
