We had Pools by Dallas completely re-do the pool at The Woodway Condominiums. From the start of the project The Owner was hands on and explained the entire process step by step. He pointed out things that we did not realize were wrong and that had to be fixed to make the job complete.
All the work was done according to the schedule and the staff cleaned up every day. The Owner checked the work every day as promised and always checked in with the manager to see if all was going well. The project was done on time and withing budget and the pool now sparkles as promised.

The Sugar Lakes HOA board in February 2005 contacted three pool companies in the Houston area for bids to repair the pools. Dallas Bland personally addressed the board with his proposal, where as the other two companies only mailed in bids.
Sugar Lakes, a subdivision of some 600 homes in Sugar Land, Texas. has a large community swimming pool and a smaller wading pool that had not be refurbished for some 10 years.
